seatinghero.com

SeatingHero.com is an online seating plan generator for weddings, events, receptions, and corporate gatherings. Create a clear seating chart visually, without spreadsheets or downloads, and keep your plan easy to update as guest lists change.

Build your chart by importing or manually adding guests, organizing them with notes like VIPs, plus-ones, and dietary requirements, then designing flexible table layouts. Choose table shapes (round, rectangular, or custom), resize and arrange them to match your venue, and use real-time capacity alerts to spot over- or under-capacity instantly.

When your layout is ready, drag and drop guests between tables for quick swaps, then share your seating chart via a simple link. Export the final plan as a PDF or image for printing, sharing, or use in tools like Canva.
