You can create and send an invoice quickly, and Cleverboek can automatically send payment reminders when an invoice isn’t paid. It also supports adding a payment link via Ponto.

Can Cleverboek prepare my VAT filing?

Yes. Cleverboek calculates VAT automatically per quarter and prepares the VAT declaration for review and submission, including a reminder before the deadline.

Can I involve my accountant or bookkeeper?

Yes. You can invite your accountant for access, and you can also choose the option where bookkeepers take over your administration on top of the Cleverboek platform.
