Online Tasbih Counter (OTC)

Online Tasbih Counter (OTC) is a free, browser-based digital tasbih that replaces physical beads with a simple tap. Choose a target (33, 99, 100, or any custom number), set a step size, and tap once per repetition to count dhikr.

OTC helps you stay focused with sound alerts when you tap and when you reach your target—so you don’t have to keep checking the screen during prayer or remembrance. It updates in real time and saves your progress automatically, letting you close the tab mid-session and come back later to continue from where you left off.

For added control, OTC includes undo to fix a misclick and reset to start fresh whenever you need. You can also use a distraction-free full view mode and pick from five color themes to make counting comfortable on any device.

OTC also includes a 99 preset built for counting the 99 Names of Allah (Asma-ul-Husna). Use the counter for other personal remembrances like Astaghfirullah, Durood/Salawat, and similar dhikr routines.

Do I need an app or sign-up to use Online Tasbih Counter (OTC)?

No—OTC runs in your browser. There’s no app download and no sign-up required.

How do I set the goal for my dhikr session?

Select a target like 33, 99, or 100, or enter any custom number. OTC compares your tap count against that goal and alerts you when you reach it.

What does step size do in OTC?

Step size determines how much each tap adds to your count (for example, standard counting can be set to 1, while other uses may set 5/10/custom).

Can I correct a misclick without starting over?

Yes. Use undo to subtract your last tap, so you can fix an accidental input while keeping your overall progress.

What happens if I close the page mid-count?

Your progress saves automatically. When you return, your count is where you left off (note that counts are saved locally on your device).

Can OTC be used to count the 99 Names of Allah (Asma-ul-Husna)?

Yes—OTC includes a 99 preset designed for counting the 99 Names of Allah. Tap once per name and you’ll get alerted when your target is reached.
