About tool

Neurodiverge App is a set of free self-screens for adults who suspect they may be neurodivergent—specifically autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and sensory processing differences. Each screen is scored into plain-English results designed to help you understand what resonates and what to do next.

Choose from four free tests: a broader Neurodivergent Test, an AuDHD-focused test, an Adult ADHD test, and a Sensory Profile test. Most take about 4–6 minutes, use skippable questions, and include results you can translate into daily adjustments rather than ending with a vague “maybe” paragraph.

These screens provide information only and are not medical or diagnostic advice. They’re built using validated instruments where they exist, translated into affirming language, and presented without “hidden cutoff” framing so you can make sense of your outcome for real life. The basics are free with no signup required.

What are the Neurodiverge App tests for?

They’re self-screens to help you explore whether autism, ADHD/AuDHD traits, or sensory differences may fit—based on your responses and a scored result page. They’re for insight, not a medical diagnosis.

Do I need to sign up to start?

No—there’s no signup required to begin the free self-screens.

Are these tests a diagnosis?

No. The app is for information only and doesn’t provide medical or diagnostic advice. The results are meant to guide what you can do next.

How long do the screens take and can I skip questions?

Screens generally take about 4–6 minutes, and you can skip any question you don’t want to answer.

What kinds of results will I get?

You’ll receive plain-English, scored result pages that explain what your responses may suggest and what actions or next steps could be helpful in everyday life.

Does the app recommend ABA or use deficit language?

No. The app avoids framing traits as “deficits,” does not recommend ABA, and uses neuroaffirming language and identity-first framing.
